About Me!

Me in my classroom with a big smile because kids make me happy!

The Teacher

It all began as a little girl. I loved cleaning the chalkboards for my teachers. I stared at all those fabulous teacher supplies and dreamed of using them and one day owning my own. I would ask for crayons and markers for birthday presents. As I grew up, I loved the idea of working with kids, being creative, making a difference in the world and…well let’s be real…I dreamt of having summers off to travel so I could explore the world!

The Traveler

It all began as a teenager when my high school geography teacher shared pictures of his travels, highlighting the breathtaking mountains of Switzerland, the cobblestone streets of Paris, and the white homes of Santorini. This excited me and I thought to myself, “The world is too big to stay in one place forever!” Since then, I’ve traveled to over 50 countries, and hope to make it to 100 in the next 5 years.

The Creator

It all began as soon as I could hold a crayon. I’ve always loved creating tools to help others and finding outlets for self-expression. As a teacher, I embraced digital tools early, designing resources for Google Slides, PowerPoint, Seesaw, and more to make learning engaging and innovative. When not creating for the classroom, you’ll find me drawing, painting, or pretending I’m on Broadway starring in my own silly little life that I love!

My Why…

It all began with a challenge. A frustrating problem I couldn't ignore. I had two choices: toss my computer out the window and forget about my new Smartboard, or take matters into my own hands and figure it out. I chose the latter—and that decision set the stage for everything that followed. Click to watch the video and discover how this journey (which is now my passion) began!
